Welcome to the booking system for bell tents for Soul Revolution Festival!
We are very excited you are planning to stay in one of our bell tents. On this page you will be able to choose, book, and pay the configuration for your bell tent. Please note that this booking covers a length of 4 consecutive nights (22-26 May) allowing you to enjoy the festival to the fullest!
If you do need to change the configuration of your tent after booking please email us at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to help. Please note the latest date that we would be able to guarantee any changes and/or take further bookings is the 8 May 2026.
Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel your booking with us please email us as soon as possible, our cancellation policy is as follows
- Cancellation before 22/11/2025 - 80% refund
- Cancellation between 23/11/2025 and 22/02/26 - 60% refund
- Cancellation after 22/04/26 - no refund.

This tent comes with 1 x Real Single Bed
Included in this tent is:
- Bedding (Including duvet, pillows, blanket and cushion)
- Furniture (Small table, one wooden chair per person, crates, small mirror)
- Fairy lights and bunting down the main rope
- Lighting - LED tea light chandelier
- Matting
This tent can accommodate up to 1 real single bed or 1 real single and 1 folding bed, please add additional beds if required.
4M Luxury Included 2026
This tent comes with 2 folding beds set as either a double or a twin. (MAXIMUM WEIGHT IS 16 STONE PER SINGLE BED)
Included in this tent is:
- Bedding (Including a duvet, pillows, blanket and cushion)
- Furniture (Small table, one wooden chair per person, crates, small mirror)
- Fairy lights and bunting down the main rope
- Lighting - LED tea light chandelier
- Matting
This tent can accommodate up to 1 x additional folding singles (*)

5M Luxury Included 2026
This tent comes with 2 folding beds set as either a double or a twin. (MAXIMUM WEIGHT IS 16 STONE PER SINGLE BED)

Safari Posh Double 2026
This tent comes with 1 x Real Double Bed

- Fairy lights and bunting down the main rope
- Lighting - LED tea light chandelier or central pole light
- Matting
This tent can accommodate up to 2 real double beds or 1 real double and 2 real single beds, please add additional beds if required.
2ft 2in single folding bed
Folding beds can be set as either a double or a twin, order 2 beds for a double, and please email [email protected] to request double option.. (MAXIMUM WEIGHT IS 16 STONE PER SINGLE BED)
Real Single Bed
Additional real single beds can be added to any Safari Posh bell tent.
Bedding is included with all additional beds

Additional real double beds can be added to any Safari Posh bell tent.

Towel Hire
If you are hiring our towels, please add the deposit to your order. If you have ordered one of our posh tents, hire of one of our towels is free please add the deposit for this.

If you are hiring a robe please add the deposit to your order as well. Robe hire is free with any posh tent, please add the deposit per robe to your order.

Robe Deposit
If you are adding a robe to your order make sure to also add this deposit to your basket. The deposit is fully refundable if returned in good conditions (fair wear and tear is allowed)
